The room was reasonably large and updated, had exceptional views and featured climate control and a multi-channel television. Lots of delicious food, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Its location was perfect, short walk to rhe center, the centre and to the lake and the main restaurants and bars: )

It was really unusual and nice little 3-star hotel as stated in the description. The staff was very-very nice, helped a lot. As for me, the location was marvellous, near all the main restaurants / bars, and the grocery store.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to Chetumal and even a part of Belize, the lake, and all the main restaurants / bars. Had big size and updated room complete with a big nice bed and aircon, as for instance.

This place is a peaceful spot with excellent complimentary Wi-Fi available.

This place has a great location, making it super easy to walk to all the places we wanted to visit. Plus, it's only 2 km from Los Aluxes Bacalar, which was a bonus.

The pool was refreshing and a great way to cool off after a day of exploring. the location was convenient, with the main square and waterfront just a short walk away. the air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver during the hot weather.

The breakfast was quite basic, with small portions and limited options. the noise at night from outside the hotel was a bit disruptive and affected the quality of sleep.

I had a wonderful stay at Hacienda in Bacalar. The staff was friendly and recommended a great boat tour. They also allowed me to store my luggage after check-out. The superior room was fantastic with a larger window that let in more light. I loved the murals in each room and the comfortable, spacious bed. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the center and the lake. everything I needed for a great stay.

The price was affordable, and the fact that they provided free on-site parking made it even better. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing stay. I also enjoyed taking a dip in the deep pool.
